Once your Number is connected with WhatsApp APIs, you are required to connect Payment Details
Without Payment Details, you won't be able to use WhatsApp Business APIs.
Login to Meta Business Manager and click on Whatsapp Accounts and https://business.facebook.com/settings/whatsapp-business-accounts/arrow-up-right
Select Your Whatsapp Business Account and Click on Setting Tabs and Payment Settings
Add Payment Details (debit/credit card) and select local currency and click on save
Confirm your Added Payment Method
Once your debit / credited is added, within 2-3 minutes it will reflect in Payments Methods under Whatsapp Business Account.
If your payment detail is available Hurray!! Your number is connected with Hublle and now we can start with Sending Messages
