WABA or Whatsapp Business API Profile refers to the basic, customer support and legal details of the phone number. WABA profile is required as per the Meta's Guidelines and profile increases the product adoption and it helps in building transparency between business and customer.

WABA Profile can be categorised into 2 sub segments such as;

• Basic Details - Business Profile

• Legal Details

WABA Profile can be added from Whatsapp Business Manager or from Hublle's dashboard.

WhatsApp Profile Logo image size of 640x640 is recommended.

Getting Started with WABA Profile Updation

1. Log in to your Hublle dashboard and navigate to setting >> Whatsapp Channel

2. Click on the edit profile.
